I have made a Challenge to the Morrow Co Cougars to raise at least a 1000.00 combined on their pages when they join the Polar Plunge. If they raise a combined amount, on March 14th I will Plunge into the ice cold water at the Ashland Co. Fair Grounds.  We will receive 80% of the donations back to our Special Olympics fund for Morrow Co.
