Brothers, friends, and supporters—

My name is Corbin Dennis (community service chair), and I’m proud to stand here representing Phi Sigma Kappa, a chapter built on the ideals of brotherhood, character, and commitment to something bigger than ourselves. Today, we’re here with one mission: to raise as much money as possible for the Special Olympics of Ohio.

Now, if you’ve ever seen a Special Olympics athlete compete, you already know what we’re fighting for. These athletes train hard, compete fiercely, and show a level of courage and resilience that inspires every single person in the stands. They remind us that strength isn’t about being the biggest or the fastest—it’s about heart. It’s about spirit. It’s about refusing to be defined by limits.

And that is why what we do today matters.

By donating, you’re not just giving money.

You’re giving opportunity.

You’re giving inclusion.

You’re giving athletes across Ohio the chance to stand on a field, in a pool, or on a court and say, “I belong here—and I can do this.”

For many Special Olympics athletes, these events are more than sports—they’re family, confidence, and a place where they’re celebrated not for what they can’t do, but for everything they can.

Phi Sigma Kappa is stepping up because that’s what we do.

We don’t sit on the sidelines.

We don’t wait for someone else to act.

When there’s a need, we rise to meet it.

So today, I’m asking you—no matter who you are, no matter how much you can give—to join us. Help us change lives. Please help us show the athletes of the Special Olympics of Ohio that the University of Cincinnati stands with them.

Let’s break records.

Let’s make noise.

Let’s raise more money than we’ve ever raised before.

Because when you give—even a little—you become part of every high-five, every gold medal, every smile of pride on that field.

Together, let’s prove what Phi Sigma Kappa is capable of.

Together, let’s do something unforgettable.

Together, let’s support the Special Olympics of Ohio—because every athlete deserves their moment to shine.
