​Some of you may know my friend, Lisa, who has been an important part of my life since 2014. What you may NOT know is that Lisa is an avid bowler and she has been a part of Special Olympics bowling for quite some time now. 

This past year, I was asked to be a coach for her team and it was such a meaningful experience that I am continuing in 2025. 

What a better way to get the 2025 season rolling than to take the plunge! 

I have never done a Polar Plunge before, so we are in for a treat!
