LOCATION CHANGE, PLEASE READ!!!! The Cleveland Polar Plunge will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025. We'll be Freezin' for a Reason back at EDGEWATER BEACH HOUSE, 7600 Cleveland Memorial Shoreway, Cleveland, OH 44102. Please note, due to the frigid temps in Cleveland, we WILL NOT have use of the lake or pool, the plunges will take place in dunk tanks!!

The schedule for the Cleveland Polar Plunge is as follows:
11:00am - 12:00pm: Registration
12:15pm: Program and Costume Contest
12:45pm: Plunging Begins
The Polar Plunge is our largest community fundraising event, dedicated to supporting athletes from Special Olympics Ohio. Participants, whether individuals or teams, collect pledges from friends, family, and their communities to take an exhilarating icy plunge—all in the name of inclusion! And don’t forget to come dressed in your wackiest, most outrageous costumes. Whether you’re a solo plunger or part of a group, the costume contest adds an extra splash of fun.
Registration and Incentives:
Junior Plungers (16 and under)
Register and Raise a minimum of $50 to plunge and receive the 2025 Polar Plunge tshirt
General Plungers
Register and Raise a minimum of $100 to plunge and receive the 2025 Polar Plunge tshirt
Too Chicken to Plunge
Register and Raise a minimum of $100 and receive the 2025 "Too Chicken" Polar Plunge tshirt
All Registrants
Raise a minimum of $300 and receive the exclusive Polar Plunge beanie as well
Exclusive to the Cleveland Polar Plunge: Every fundraiser that raises $50 will receive a link for four (4) free tickets to the Cleveland Charge vs Birmingham Squadron home game on Saturday, February 22. The game will be a Special Olympics Ohio theme night with specialty team jersey's and a Charge Beach Towel Giveaway (First 1,500 Fans)! Enjoy the Plunge and then stick around to catch a thrilling Charge game!
